ÖSEDUM'S LIGHTING — SHIPPING POLICY

Every Ösedum's fixture is packed with care and shipped insured. Here's what to
expect once your order is placed.

PROCESSING TIME
- In-stock items: prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-order & custom finishes: 4-8 weeks, depending on the piece.
  Estimated lead time is shown on each product page.

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
- United States: 3-5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping on
  orders over $250. Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate calculated at
  checkout.
- Canada: 5-10 business days. Duties and taxes may apply at customs.
- International (Europe, Australia, Middle East & beyond): 7-18 business days
  depending on destination and customs.
Large, fragile, or oversized fixtures (such as chandeliers) may ship via
freight with white-glove delivery — scheduled appointment, in-room placement,
and packaging removal. This option is shown at checkout where available.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or
customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the
responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the product price
or shipping cost.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the
packaging and contact us at support@osedums.com within 48 hours with photos,
and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If a package is lost in transit,
we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible
for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always
try to help recover a shipment where possible.
