Shipping Policy

Every Ösedum's fixture is packed with care and shipped insured. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Processing Time

• In-stock items: prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order & custom finishes: 4–8 weeks, depending on the piece.

Delivery Times & Costs

• United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping on orders over $250; orders under $250 are charged a flat rate at checkout.
• Canada: 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes may apply at customs.
• International: 7–18 business days depending on destination and customs.

Large or oversized fixtures may ship via freight with white-glove delivery — scheduled appointment, in-room placement, and packaging removal.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact support@osedum.store within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
