Refund Policy
We want you to love your lighting. If something isn't right, here's how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at Ösedum's Lighting.
1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship.
- Once an order has left our warehouse, a processing fee of 2% may apply if recalled.
- If a tracking label has been created and the shipment is in transit, a fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Custom or made-to-order fixtures cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery when the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, not as described, or unused in its original packaging.
3. Improper Installation
Refunds are not accepted for products damaged by improper installation, use, or handling, whether by the customer or a third party such as a hired electrician.
4. Shipping Costs on Returns
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped in error, Ösedum's covers return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Return Authorization
Before sending anything back, contact support@osedum.store to receive your return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
